1. Who may use the arcade
APit.fun is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use the games, create an account, or submit scores if you are under 18. You must also be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Do not let a minor use your account.
These terms cover play.apit.fun and the APit.fun games that link to them. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Creating an account requires an explicit confirmation that you are at least 18 and accept this version of the terms.
2. Accounts and public scores
Keep your password private and use a username that does not impersonate someone or reveal sensitive personal information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Submitting a score to a public leaderboard makes the associated username or display name, game, result, and related ranking details public. Ordinary scores are labeled unverified; verified rankings are separately identified. Rankings may contain errors and may be corrected or removed. Scores, stars, streaks, and virtual items have no cash value and do not establish a right to payment or a prize.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not cheat, fabricate scores, manipulate rankings, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, exploit security flaws, impersonate another player, or submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing names or content. Do not use automation to disrupt games or collect other players’ information. Report suspected security issues privately to support.
4. Games and content
You may use the games for your personal, lawful entertainment. The games, branding, and other content belong to their respective owners. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize redistribution or commercial exploitation, except where a separate license permits it.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give us permission to store, display, and process your submitted names and results as needed to operate the arcade, profiles, and leaderboards, subject to the Privacy Notice.
5. Availability and changes
Games and features may change, be interrupted, or be retired. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage of progress, or a particular ranking. We may restrict access or remove entries for abuse, security, legal reasons, or a breach of these terms. Contact support to question a restriction or correction.
6. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent the law allows that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury. Stop playing if a game’s motion, flashing effects, or audio causes discomfort.
7. Privacy, requests, and updates
Our Privacy Notice describes account information, gameplay data, browser storage, and service providers. Contact [email protected] for support, account removal, privacy requests, or concerns about content.
We will identify changes by updating the version and effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not waive mandatory protections available where you live.
